Kehinde Alausa has a varied work experience. In 2012, they began as a Trainee at Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency, LASEPA (SIWES). From 2013 to 2014, they were a Trainee, Health Safety and Environment Officer (SIWES) at UAC of Nigeria Plc. kehinde then worked as a Geography Teacher at Danialu Senior Secondary School. National Youth Service Corps, NYSC from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they became a Presiding Officer (PO) at Independent National Electoral Commission. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been the Head, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Receivable Officer at Hotels.ng.

Kehinde Alausa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of Ilorin, between 2010 and 2014.
