Bart Ardijns has extensive experience in the culinary education field, currently serving as a teacher in technical and vocational secondary education at Hotelschool Ter Groene Poorte since September 1997, with a focus on patisserie and chocolaterie. Prior to this role, Bart worked as a patissier-chocolatier at La Maison Wittamer from January 1993 to August 1997. Bart holds a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching with a specialization in Pedagogy from Mercator Hogeschool Gent, obtained between 1995 and 1998, and also completed education at Coovi from 1985 to 1992.
