Olivia Ng

Olivia Ng is a Senior Research Associate at Hotspex since January 2023, previously holding the position of Research Associate. Olivia has academic experience from the University of Waterloo as a Teaching Assistant and worked as an Assistant Family Literacy Coordinator at Project READ Literacy Network. Prior experience includes a role as a Client Feedback Agent at Pinnacle and multiple positions at Kumon North America, Inc. as a Data Entry Technician and Tutor. Olivia holds a Master of Applied Science in Developmental and Child Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Mental Health from the University of Toronto.
