Brett Moody

Brett Moody is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. As Co-founder and CEO of Hotspot Rentals since March 2013, Brett has established the company as a market leader in leasing services, working with over 130 properties and around 60,000 units in downtown Chicago. Additionally, Brett is the Founder of Moody Associates, focusing on leadership development and organizational consultancy. Previous ventures include founding Eldest Daughter, which developed a diagnostic platform for home health care, and serving as CEO of Enchanted Lighting, where strategic leadership elevated the company’s market position. Brett's earlier experience also includes a successful turnaround as President of Cosco Industries and significant growth management at Boone International, contributing to its sale to Fortune Brands. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
