Galen Kline

Galen Kline has extensive work experience in the field of blood banking and quality management. Galen has held various roles in different companies over the years. From 1995 to 2001, they worked as a Lab Tech at Advanced Biological Testing. From 2001 to 2004, they served as the Quality Assurance Coordinator at Blood Bank of the Redwoods. In 2004, they joined Blood Centers of the Pacific and held the positions of Safety Manager and later Technical Operations Manager. In 2008, they became a Process Improvement Specialist at United Blood Services. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Blood Systems Inc., first as a Quality Source Consultant, and later as the Director of Quality Audits and Analysis. In 2014, they joined Heartland Blood Centers as the Director of Quality Assurance. Galen then moved on to BloodCenter of Wisconsin in 2015, where they served as the Director of Quality Blood Operations. Finally, in 2017, they joined Houchin Community Blood Bank and held multiple positions including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Quality Management, and Chief Executive Officer.
