Allen Fazio

Allen Fazio has a rich and diverse work experience spanning several industries. Allen is currently a Founding Member at PeopleFirst CIO Fusion Laboratory, where they lead collaborative efforts to create inspiring growth environments. Prior to this, Allen served as the Chief Information Officer at Houlihan Lokey, a global investment bank. Allen also held the position of Member Board of Directors at TierPoint. In the past, Allen served as the Chief Information Officer for The Word & Brown Companies, where they oversaw the development and distribution of health benefit plan models. Allen also had notable roles at The Walt Disney Company, Disneyland & Walt Disney Imagineering, Disney Cruise Line, and Walt Disney World, where they led various technology initiatives and played a key role in driving growth and innovation. Allen began their career as a Supervising EDP Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand.

Allen Fazio earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University, which they attended from 1984 to 1988. Allen later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Webster University, where they studied from 1997 to 1999.
