Carlos Paramés

Carlos Paramés has a strong background in the finance industry. Carlos is currently serving as the Managing Director and Co-Head of Corporate Finance Spain at Houlihan Lokey since November 2019. Before that, from 2015 to 2019, they worked as the Managing Partner at Fidentiis Capital, an independent M&A, Debt, and Financial advisory firm. Prior to Fidentiis Capital, they held various roles at different organizations, including working as a Senior Banker at an Investment Bank from 2007 to 2015 and as the Director of M&A at Banesto from 2005 to 2007. Carlos also has experience as an Associate M&A at Socios Financieros from 2000 to 2005, Chief Analyst at Banco Atlantico from 1999 to 2000, and Senior Analyst at CESCE from 1997 to 1998.

Carlos Paramés has a varied education history. In 1990, they completed their studies in Finance, General at CUNEF. Before that, from 1976 to 1990, they attended Liceo Francés. Later, in 2001-2002, they pursued an Executive MBA at IE Business School. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Workshop Teacher at CUNEF, specifically for the Master program students, focusing on the real situation of M&A activity in Spain.
