David Groseclose

David Groseclose started their work experience in 2017 as a Military Police Basic Officer. David went on to serve in various roles in the US Army, including Assistant Plans Officer, Platoon Leader, and Executive Officer. In 2021, they joined Hourigan as a Project Engineer.

David Groseclose attended the Virginia Military Institute from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. In 2017, they completed the Military Police Basic Officer Leadership Course, which qualified him in the field of Military Police.
