Tim Berryman

Tim Berryman has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Tim has worked as a Senior Project Manager at Hourigan since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at HENSEL PHELPS from 2005 to 2019, where they served as a Project Manager on various projects including data centers, mission critical facilities, and public and commercial projects. Tim also worked at Geupel Demars Hagerman as a Project Manager and Superintendent from 2003 to 2005, and at Tecton Construction Management as a Project Manager from 2000 to 2003. Before that, they worked at HENSEL PHELPS in various roles such as Design Manager, Area Superintendent, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, and Office Engineer from 1991 to 2000. Tim started their career as a Superintendent at FBi Buildings, Inc in 1989.

Tim Berryman received their Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University. Tim attended the university from 1985 to 1988.
