Spencer Moss

Spencer joined Housatonic in 2022 and is responsible for originating, evaluating and managing investments within the healthcare services sector.

Most recently Spencer was a co-founder and Partner at Olive Coast Partners, a search-fund focused on healthcare and life sciences services sectors. Prior to Olive Coast Partners, Spencer was an Associate on the investment team at The Compass Group, a middle-market private equity firm focused on industrial, consumer and business services sectors. Spencer was responsible for all stages of the investment process and was active in portfolio company operating activity. Spencer started his career as an analyst on the Financial Sponsors Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Spencer holds a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
