Tori Mims

Tori Mims has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tori recently joined House 337 as a Senior Project Manager in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at ENGINE UK and WCRS from 2018, and as an Account Executive, Corporate Affairs, during a brief period at MHP Communications in 2017.

Before transitioning into project management, Tori had experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). Tori was the Head ESL Teacher at JLSChessCOOL from 2014 to 2016, instructing students aged five to fourteen and managing a team of three teachers. Tori also worked as an ESL Teacher at AGI Language Institute from 2013 to 2014 and at CLS Academy from 2012 to 2013, teaching students of various ages and subjects.

Tori's early work experience includes customer service and sales roles. Tori served as a Head Server at Inoko Japanese Steakhouse from 2009 to 2012, managing a staff of fifteen and overseeing the business in the absence of the owners. Tori also worked as a Server at Mike's Grill from 2005 to 2008 and as a Sales Assistant at Abercrombie & Fitch in 2007, where they focused on stock organization and assisting customers with purchases.

Tori Mims pursued their education starting from 2008 till 2012, where they attended The University of Georgia. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature. In 2010, they had a brief experience at the University of Oxford, focusing on Comparative Literature. Tori then continued their academic journey by enrolling in The University of Edinburgh from 2016 to 2017. Here, they obtained a Master of Science degree in International Relations and Affairs.
