Blaire Zierke

Blaire Zierke has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Blaire currently holds the position of Co-Founder and Head of Operations at House of 1212 since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at OpenNode from June 2022 to February 2023. Blaire has also worked as the Chief of Staff at a confidential company from February 2022 to June 2022. Before transitioning into operational roles, they worked at ZGF Architects, first as an Executive Assistant from February 2018 to October 2019, and then as a Talent & Development/DEI Specialist from October 2019 to April 2022. Blaire's earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant & Grants Administrator at a confidential company from November 2015 to January 2018.

Blaire Zierke completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health & Wellness with a focus in Health Services Management from the University of Minnesota, where they attended from 2011 to 2015. In September 2021, they obtained a Certified Diversity Professional certification from The Institute for Diversity Certification.
