Regina Vereen

Regina Vereen has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Regina most recently worked as the Vice President of People at House Of Cheatham, LLC, where they partnered with the CEO and the leadership team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan for employees. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at the same company, where they improved employee engagement and transitioned HR functions from a PEO to an internal department.

Before House Of Cheatham, Regina worked at DH Pace Company, Inc. as an Area Human Resources Manager, where they managed employee engagement, relations, recruitment, and training for the Eastern region. In addition, they integrated newly acquired locations and worked closely with mid to executive-level managers.

Regina also held the role of Branch Manager/Recruitment Manager at Axiom Staffing Group, where they managed branch operations and sales, mentored staff, and collaborated with clients to develop talent management strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Lion Vallen Industries, providing general HR support and coordinating recruiting efforts.

Regina's early career included a role as a Branch Manager/Senior Recruiter at Randstad, where they assisted clients with talent management, employee relations, and union negotiations. Regina also mentored associates and improved recruitment skills.

Throughout their various roles, Regina has demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, HR strategy development, talent management, recruitment, and training. Regina has experience working with diverse clients and integrating new locations.

Regina Vereen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Liberty University. Regina also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Old Dominion University. In addition to their degrees, Regina has obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, as well as a PHR certification from HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in August 2016. Regina is also pursuing SHRM certification as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
