Molly Montgomery

Molly Montgomery has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Molly started their career in 2002 at Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman CPAs, where they worked in audit and accounting services for three years. Following that, they joined EY as part of their Assurance and Advisory Services team, where they worked until 2007. During this time, they also started their own consulting firm called Molly Montgomery, CPA, providing small business consulting services.

In 2010, Molly joined Grant Thornton LLP's Forensic and Litigation Support Services team and worked there until 2014. Afterward, they founded FH Consulting, a boutique advisory firm specializing in growth strategy and executive advisory services. In addition to running their own firm, Molly also worked as the Executive VP & CFO at House of Lashes, a position they have held since 2016.

Molly's passion for entrepreneurship led their to establish Founder's Haven in 2017, an organization that focuses on research and training for visionary founder executives. Simultaneously, they took on the role of Board Chair at the Arizona Society of CPAs, where they aimed to enhance the success of members through education, advocacy, and image enhancement.

Molly Montgomery completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting at Radford University from 1997 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Masters degree in Taxation at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2009 to 2010.
