Vibeke Gwendoline Fængsrud has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vibeke Gwendoline is currently a Board Member at HAV Group ASA, Switchr, and TheFactory Capital AS, where they provide guidance and expertise in the boardroom. In 2022, they also became an Elected Member of Oslo Høyres Representantskap.

Vibeke is an entrepreneur and has founded multiple ventures. Vibeke Gwendoline established House of Math AS in 2006, where they serve as the Founder/CEO. Vibeke Gwendoline also co-founded Styrerommet in 2019, a company focused on governance. Additionally, they founded #ViTarAnsvar in 2017, an organization with a mission to create positive change.
