Emma Cole has a strong background in the creative industry, with experience in various roles. Emma is currently working as the Director of Creative, Brand, and Insights at Houseful, an RBC Company. Prior to this, they worked at OJO as a Creative Director and Associate Creative Director, as well as a Senior Visual Designer. Emma also held the position of Senior Designer at Kivvit. Emma has a freelance experience as a Visual Designer, where they worked from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they worked as a Visual Designer at Joseph Grigely Studio and held multiple roles at Gagosian Gallery, including Managing Editor, Publication Coordinator, and Image Archivist. Emma also worked as an Assistant to the Photo Editor at Metropolis Magazine and as a Collection and Exhibition Technology Intern at The Museum of Modern Art. Emma's career in the creative field began as a Gallery Assistant at Lora Reynolds Gallery.
Emma Cole obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Studio Art from The University of Texas at Austin, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009. Emma then pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Visual Communication Design at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, which they completed between 2015 and 2018.
