Tina Beeden has extensive experience in human resources and has held numerous leadership positions in various organizations. Tina began their career at BT, where they served as HR Manager for South East Asia before moving on to become Vice President of Human Resources and later HR Transformation Programme Director. During their time at BT, they successfully integrated European acquisitions, led business transformation programs, and implemented a global performance management process. Tina then joined the BBC as Head of HR, where they achieved cost savings, introduced a pay and grading structure, and developed a diverse on-screen talent team. After leaving the BBC, Tina worked at Amnesty International as an HR Business Partner, where they oversaw a relocation project without any employee relations issues. Tina then joined City & Guilds Group, where they held various roles, including Senior HR Business Partner and Resourcing, Talent, and Development Director. In these positions, they led the implementation of talent management processes, delivered an equality, diversity, and inclusion strategy, and established an employee voice model. Most recently, Tina has served as Head of HR at the Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal and will soon join the House of Commons as Human Resources Director. Tina'sexperience spans across different industries and continents, demonstrating their ability to adapt and deliver results in various organizational contexts.
Tina Beeden has a degree in CIPD (Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General) from Croydon College. Tina also holds a GCSE (10) from Erith School. Additionally, Tina has obtained a certification as a Wellbeing Promoter from City & Guilds Group in 2020. Tina has an HNC in Business and Finance - Personnel Management from the University of Greenwich.
