Minh To

Minh To has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Minh started their career at Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2007 as a Financial Analyst, responsible for payment processes and loss/reserve reporting. Minh then progressed to Senior Financial Analyst and Lead Financial Analyst roles in the Corporate Legal department, where they developed budgets and forecasts and presented findings to management. At Tufts Health Plan, Minh served as the Financial Plan Lead Analyst in the Corporate Finance team, managing expense budgets, driving operational efficiencies, and overseeing various financial assessments and reporting processes. Minh also volunteered as a VITA Tax Preparer and obtained certification as a Massachusetts State Police Certified Firearms Instructor. Most recently, Minh worked at Greater Lynn Senior Services, Inc. as a Financial & Operations Project Manager, leading accounting administration, executing projects to enhance processes and systems, and implementing financial best practices. Minh is currently working as a Finance Project Manager at HouseWorks LLC.

From 2005 to 2010, Minh To attended Northeastern University where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. They then pursued further education at the same university from 2013 to 2016, earning a Master's Degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on General Management, Marketing, and International Business. In 2016, they also participated in a Leadership Development program called Class of 2016, Fellows at The Partnership Inc.
