Irati Mendiolagaray Díaz began their work experience in 2015 as a Trainee Employee at Grupo Brinean, where they developed an educational cooperation program and interned in various departments. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Industrias de mecanizado Germany, S.A., being responsible for logistics, purchasing, and occupational risk prevention. In 2017, Irati joined Housfy as a Marketing Assistant Intern, where they managed offline supports, handled the product portfolio, and developed content strategies. Irati later became a Content Manager, Community Manager, and Marketing Specialist at Housfy, where they supervised internal content teams, managed external collaborators, and planned the strategy and content calendar for the business units. Presently, they work as a Social Media Manager at Housfy, focusing on converting social media into a significant conversion channel and moderating and interacting with the community.

Irati Mendiolagaray Díaz has a comprehensive education history with a focus on marketing and digital media. Irati started their educational journey in 2011 by pursuing a Degree in Business Administration and Management at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, which they completed in 2015.

During their time at university, Irati also undertook various courses to enhance their knowledge and skills in digital marketing. In 2015, they completed a Digital Marketing Course at ACTIVATE and a Mobile Apps Programming Course at ACTÍVATE. Irati has also acquired language skills in French and Chinese.

Most recently, Irati has continued to expand their knowledge through online courses. In 2020, they completed the Google Analytics for Beginners course and SEO Fundamentals and Local SEO courses offered by SEMrush.
