Angela Hill

Angela Hill has extensive experience in project and change management within the housing sector, currently serving as Project & Change Manager at Housing 21 since February 2023. Prior to this role, Angela held several positions at Bromford, including Subject Matter Expert for Business Transformation, where responsibilities involved articulating business requirements and ensuring the implementation of Microsoft D365 CE solutions. Angela also served as Performance and Practice Manager, focusing on project delivery and regulatory compliance, and as Quality Assurance Manager, emphasizing performance monitoring and improvement. Earlier experience includes roles as Customer Service Manager and Housing Officer at Family Housing Association, and Project Officer on secondment to Birmingham City Council for launching a Choice Based Lettings scheme. Angela holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing from De Montfort University and a BA Honours in Sociology from Birmingham City University.
