Carla Fowler

Carla Fowler is a Community Development Specialist currently employed at the Housing Assistance Council since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving in the same role at the NYS Tug Hill Commission from July 2005 to August 2023. Carla holds a Bachelor's degree in Development Sociology from Cornell University, attended from 2003 to 2005, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Jefferson Community College.
