Hillary Presecan, MA, CNM, currently serves as the Community Placemaking Program Manager at the Housing Assistance Council since November 2022. Previously, Hillary held the position of Tribal Public Health Training Coordinator at the CDC Foundation, where responsibilities included coordinating training initiatives and public health strategies for tribal health leadership. With extensive experience in community development, including oversight of the Native Arts Professional Development program at First Peoples Fund, and roles at the Great Plains Tribal Chairmen's Health Board, Denver Art Museum, and Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation, Hillary has actively engaged with tribal communities and stakeholders to enhance public health and cultural initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Rural Development and a Master's Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.
