Nicola Jacobs

Nicola Jacobs is currently the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at Housing Australia, a position held since April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Partner and Head of Finance & Projects at Lander & Rogers from July 2023 to May 2024, and as Special Counsel in Banking & Projects at Gilbert + Tobin from July 2019 to June 2023. Nicola also worked as Special Counsel in Banking and Finance at MinterEllison from October 2006 to July 2019 and as an Associate in Banking and Finance at Berwin Leighton Paisner from September 2003 to October 2006. Educational credentials include a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Cardiff University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) from Cardiff University. Nicola attended Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools from 1991 to 1998.
