Elizabeth Kirk

Elizabeth Kirk is a Community Partnership Manager at Housing Connector since September 2022. Previously, Elizabeth served as a Research and Analysis Intern for the City of Seattle, where support was provided for research on generational wealth and financial education initiatives. As a Strategy/Visioning Consultant for the City of Sultan, Elizabeth engaged the community to identify impactful investments for the downtown area. In an earlier role as Project Manager at Forum One, Elizabeth successfully managed government and nonprofit projects, achieving high profitability and client satisfaction. Additional experiences include research and teaching positions, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management, community engagement, and policy analysis. Elizabeth holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Arabic from the University of California, Berkeley.
