Kathleen Hosfeld

Kathleen Hosfeld serves as the CEO and Executive Director of Homestead Community Land Trust, a position held since 2014, where leadership is focused on strategic initiatives to enhance housing affordability in high-cost markets. Kathleen also operates Hosfeld & Associates Inc., offering strategic planning and implementation services since 1989. In addition to these roles, Kathleen is the Chairperson of the Affordable Homeownership Affinity Group for the Housing Development Consortium of Seattle - King County and has held various committee positions, including with the Church Council of Greater Seattle and the Washington State Department of Commerce. Prior experience includes serving as Interim Executive Director of the Washington State Psychological Association and roles in strategic marketing at Ogilvy & Mather/West and editorial management at Skagit Valley Herald. Kathleen holds a Master’s Degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Seattle University and a Bachelor's Degree from Pacific Lutheran University.
