Trish Leonard

Trish Leonard is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and affordable housing. Currently serving as President and Senior Vice President Director of Operations at Housing Management Resources, Inc. since 2009, Trish oversees the operations of 50 properties across 11 states. Trish has also been a Property Management Consultant and Broker with Sage Associates Real Estate since 2008, focusing on buyer representation and affordable housing consulting. Previously, Trish held significant roles at The Community Builders, Inc. from 1992 to 2008, including Regional Director of Property Management and Portfolio Manager, managing a diverse portfolio of mixed finance affordable housing. Earlier in Trish's career, a role as a Realtor at DH Jones Real Estate involved listing and selling commercial and residential properties in Western Massachusetts.
