Paul Arthur

Paul Arthur has extensive experience in the housing sector, serving at Housing New Zealand Corporation since January 1999 in various roles, including Principal Advisor - Products and Procurement, Standards Advisor, and Technical Analyst Products. Paul has also held positions such as Area Maintenance Manager and Property Technical Advisor, emphasizing expertise in standards planning and maintenance management. Additionally, Paul was associated with HNZ from 2013 to 2017 as a Standards Advisor. Academically, Paul holds a NZIM Diploma in Management and an AUT Diploma in Business, both obtained from Auckland University of Technology between 2000 and 2005, and attended Rosmini College.
