Heather R.

Heather R. is a Dispute Examiner at Housing Ombudsman since November 2020. Previously, Heather worked as a Mentor at ReachOut UK from October 2016 to September 2022. Heather also held the position of Complaints Officer and Assistant Complaints Officer at Network Homes Ltd from September 2018 to November 2020. As a Graduate in Asset Management at Charityworks from September 2018 to September 2019, Heather was placed in the Strategic Asset Management Team. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from King's College London and is currently pursuing an MSc in Housing Studies at the University of Glasgow.
