Matthew Townsley is currently serving as the PALS and Complaints Manager at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Bank Adjudicator at the Housing Ombudsman and as a Professional Standards Manager at the Royal Institute of British Architects. With a background in Law and a focus on professional standards, Matthew has held roles such as Case Manager at FSCL - Financial Services Complaints Limited and Professional Standards Adviser at the Medical Council of New Zealand. Matthew's diverse experience also includes roles such as Specialist Caseworker at Citizens Advice and Negotiator at Reeds Rains. Matthew has a strong academic background in Law, with degrees from Northumbria University and Jönköping University.
