Sean Asberry

Sean Asberry is an experienced maintenance professional currently serving as Vice President of Maintenance at the Housing Opportunities Commission since May 2023. Prior to this role, Asberry held the position of Director of Maintenance at Horning from October 2019 to April 2023. Asberry's career in maintenance management began at Horning in June 1991 as a Service Manager, later transitioning to KETTLER as Regional Service Manager from June 2002 to October 2019, where significant expertise in maintenance operations was developed.
