Tim Goetzinger

Tim Goetzinger currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at the Housing Opportunities Commission since April 2021, including an interim role as Acting Chief Financial Officer. Prior experience includes over fifteen years with Montgomery County Government, where Tim held various positions including Chief of the Division of Finance and Administration within the Department of Housing and Community Affairs, focusing on financial management, human resources, and community outreach. Tim also acted as the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Affairs, overseeing the development and implementation of housing policies. Earlier roles include Budget and Finance Manager and Loan and Asset Manager within the same department. Tim's career began with positions at Baltimore Housing and the Housing Authority of Baltimore City. Tim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from Loyola University Maryland.
