Mark Smith

Mark Smith serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Housing Solutions, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing homelessness in Tulsa, Oklahoma, since April 2024. Previously, Mark held the position of Director of Strategic Planning at the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County from December 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading long-term planning efforts and advocacy campaigns. Mark's extensive experience also includes various roles at SBP from November 2014 to December 2021, culminating in the role of Executive Director, overseeing disaster recovery and affordable housing operations. Additional positions include Field Manager for Marc Panepinto's State Senate campaign, Youth Education Coordinator at United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, and an intern at the Congressional Office of Maurice Hinchey. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Government and Politics from the University at Buffalo.
