Matt Jones

Matt Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt is currently working as the Director of Property Operations at Housing Trust Group, LLC since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Operations Manager at the same company from May 2021 to May 2022. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Director of Business Operations at ELLYX.io.

Earlier in their career, Matt held various positions at Alliance Residential Company. Matt worked as a Senior Performance Manager and Regional Performance Director from October 2016 to January 2020, where they were responsible for strategic performance planning and training at Southeast Region communities. Before that, they served as a Community Manager at Gables Residential from July 2014 to October 2016, overseeing the operations of a luxury community.

Matt also gained experience at Behringer Harvard Residential as a Community Director from July 2012 to February 2014, where they managed operations and increased rental rates. In addition, they worked at Alliance Residential Company as a Business Manager from March 2014 to July 2014, and as a Business Manager at Alliance Residential Company from April 2009 to July 2012, where they managed a lease-up community and assisted with acquisitions.

Prior to their roles in the property management industry, Matt gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Agent at Delta Air Lines from July 2003 to April 2004. Matt also worked as a Flight Instructor at Aviation Atlanta from April 2002 to July 2003.

Matt Jones attended Auburn University from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in Aviation Management.
