Allison Gray

Allison Gray is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and legal talent development. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Special Events at Houston Ballet since August 2022, Gray oversees various special events, ensuring high-quality execution and leadership. Previously, Gray held roles at Kirkland & Ellis focused on attorney engagement and professional development, and at Norton Rose Fulbright where event planning and training program execution were key responsibilities. Early career experiences include serving as an Environmental Paralegal at Baker Botts and a Teacher at Cy Fair ISD, where skills in communication, organization, and program development were honed. Allison Gray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University.
