Emily Averitt-Cleveland is currently the Education Marketing & PR Coordinator at Houston Ballet. Emily has previous experience working as a Marketing Coordinator II at Ziegler Cooper Architects. There, they were responsible for digital and social media, creating and managing social media channels/posts, compiling and analyzing data & trends to assist in developing a stronger social media presence, coordinating of completed project photography, helping develop the firm's social media strategy, and updating various social media platforms. Emily was also responsible for the creation and production of high quality RFQs, RFPs, presentations, award submittals, annual surveys and other marketing materials to showcase Ziegler Cooper’s expertise. In November 2020, they took on interim responsibilities that included conducting weekly strategy sessions with firm leadership to track current marketing opportunities and brainstorm new marketing strategies, assisting with hiring and training new Marketing Assistant, and coordinating, designing, and creating a new website.
Emily Averitt-Cleveland has a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media from the University of Houston. Emily also has certification from the University of Houston in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
