Gislaine Williams

Gislaine Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and community relations. Currently serving as a Program Officer at Houston Endowment since October 2022, Gislaine previously held the position of Community Relations Director at The Alliance from September 2018 to October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Texas Grassroots Organizer for Refugee Council USA, Office Manager for ACLU, Health Services Manager at The Alliance, and Statewide Advocacy Coordinator for ACLU of Texas. Gislaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rice University and a Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin.
