Daniella Flanagan

Daniella Flanagan, CHW, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community health and environmental initiatives, currently serving as Co-Founder of Community Health and Environmental Workers (CHEW) since July 2024 and as Community Outreach Coordinator at the Houston Health Department since January 2024. In addition, Daniella has held the position of Executive Director at Liberty Road Community Development Corporation since June 2023 and previously served as Associate Director at the Coalition of Community Organizations from October 2019 to January 2024. With a strong background in media production and project management, including roles such as CEO and Executive Producer at Trap TV and various freelance producer positions, Daniella has developed a diverse skill set. Daniella's educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's in Finance from Creighton University and multiple certifications in IT administration and computer sciences.
