Kardaryl Wallace has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Resident Activities Specialist at Huron Woods Assisted Living until 2008. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Medication Technician at Ainsley Courte Assisted Living, where they coordinated with patients, families, and the internal administration team to ensure timely medication delivery and documentation. In 2017, they interned as a Health Administration Intern at the Montgomery County Women's Center, where they provided programming, training, education, event planning, and research support to increase the impact of critical messaging and services for domestic abuse survivors.
In 2018, Kardaryl joined Houston Methodist Hospital as a Patient Physician Liaison, where they implemented fall prevention initiatives and developed training modules and communication policies to improve awareness of infectious diseases. They continued this role until 2020.
In 2020, they worked as a Provider Liaison at Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc. and then as a Community Liaison at Altus Hospice Care from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they became an Account Executive for Hospice Care at Elara Caring until 2021.
From 2021 to 2022, Kardaryl served as an Area Advisor for Hospice with Reliant At Home, and their most recent role is as the Director of Sales at Houston Hospice, starting in 2022.

Kardaryl Wallace completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health & Health Sciences at Sam Houston State University from 2014 to 2017. Following this, in 2018 to 2019, Wallace pursued a Master of Healthcare Administration degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Walden University.
