Khadija Darr

Khadija K. Darr, MBA MPA MSAC, serves as the Senior Vice President of Administration at the Houston Housing Authority since July 2022, following a successful tenure as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance at Lake County Housing Authority from April 2014 to April 2022. In these roles, Khadija provided strategic financial leadership, managed organizational budgets, and oversaw human resources functions while ensuring compliance with HUD regulations. Khadija's earlier experience includes positions in finance and accounting at AIM North Development Corporation NFP, H&R Block, Integrated Consulting and Logistics Services, LLC, Liberty Tax Service, and Cardinal Health. Khadija holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Accounting, a Master of Public Administration, and an MBA in Human Resources, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accounting.
