Latonya Rogers

LaTonya Rogers has extensive experience in workforce development and housing assistance, currently serving as a MyGoals Recruiter at the Houston Housing Authority since January 2012, where over 400 participants were recruited for the Family Self Sufficiency program. In previous roles, LaTonya has held positions as a MyGoals Career Coach and FSS Coordinator, facilitating workshops, conducting coaching sessions, and overseeing recruitment efforts to enhance clients' self-sufficiency and employability. With a background as a Housing Specialist, eligibility determination and documentation management were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes serving as a Regional Facilitator at HoustonWorks USA, where LaTonya successfully facilitated job search seminars for various demographics, and as a Computer Instructor at DSU Institute. LaTonya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Paul Quinn College.
