Erica Majzoub

Erica Martinez Majzoub is an experienced professional in customer service and event management, currently serving as the Club Membership Services Manager for the Houston Texans since April 2015. In this role, Erica manages relationships with season ticket holders and oversees ticket-related services. Previous positions include various roles at the Houston Texans, such as Ticket Hospitality and Sponsor Ticket Coordinator, as well as experience as a Development Assistant at AAMA, where fundraising databases and community events were managed. Erica also coordinated volunteer services and special events for the Houston Marathon Committee, alongside roles as a Volunteer Coordinator for the Harris County - Houston Sports Authority and a Floor Captain at The Hobby Center. Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston and an Associate of Arts from Lonestar College Kingwood.
