Kristen Harper

Kristen Harper, PHR, is an experienced professional who has held various HR positions in different companies. Kristen currently serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at the Houston Rockets. Prior to this, Kristen was the Vice President of Human Resources at First Service Credit Union before Kristen experienced a department lay-off. Kristen's career started as an HR Manager at Nexus Specialty Hospital where Kristen played a crucial role in the expansion of the new location. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, a Master's in Human Resources, and a PHR certification.
