Tracy L. Dieterich

Tracy L. Dieterich, CRPS, serves as Senior Vice President, Partner, and Shareholder at USI Insurance Services, where contributions have been pivotal since June 2003. Tracy's extensive experience in leadership is further demonstrated through involvement with various organizations, including the Nationwide Leadership Council for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and advisory roles at The Morris Capital Group, LLC. Tracy's commitment to community service is evident through board positions with the Boy Scouts of America and Houston Symphony, along with numerous leadership roles in Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and designation as a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist. Additionally, Tracy is a member of the Travelers' Century Club, recognizing extensive global travel.
