Ethan Schwenker

Ethan Schwenker serves as Vice President of Development at Hovde Properties, overseeing real estate development and acquisition activities since April 2023. Additionally, Ethan has been a Lecturer at the Wisconsin School of Business, teaching a course on Lawyering the Development Deal since January 2023. Previously, Ethan held the position of Vice President and Division Area Manager at First American Title, managing regional operations from September 2020 to March 2023, and worked as an attorney at Quarles & Brady LLP and Foley & Lardner LLP. Earlier experience includes managing assets at Cardinal Capital Management Inc., where Ethan oversaw a portfolio of over 200 housing units, secured financing through grants, and engaged in public speaking with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School, an MBA in Real Estate from the Wisconsin School of Business, and a BA in Political Science and Theatre from the University of Minnesota.
