Michelle Cregut has over 20 years of experience in the senior housing and care field, with a strong foundation in corporate finance and development. Michelle has held various roles throughout their career, including Chief Financial Officer at Hover Senior Living Community and No Barriers USA. Michelle has also served as a Principal at The Highland Group, where they focused on delivering high-quality data and reporting to clients as the Chief Operations Officer. Michelle has also worked as a Senior Analyst at Integra Realty Resources and a Research Manager at The Highland Group. Additionally, they have held leadership positions at Total Community Options, Episcopal Senior Communities, and Ocadian Care Centers, where they managed finance, development, and operational processes.

Michelle Cregut obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz in the period of 1977-1982. Michelle also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Saint Mary's College of California in 2003-2004.
