Tea Hermann

Tea Hermann is an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in leadership and strategy development. Currently serving as the Head of Global Marketing at Hovmand A/S since May 2022, Tea is responsible for establishing and managing a global marketing team to support significant growth and digital transformation initiatives. As the founder of Sleeping Hero, Tea promotes sustainable products made from eco-friendly materials. Previous roles include Marketing Chef at Compass Group Danmark, where Tea led marketing and communication efforts for one of the largest service providers globally, and a Marketing and Communication Manager at Nord Gruppen ApS. Additionally, Tea has experience as a Project Manager at Mediecentralen A/S and as a Manager at VOGUE. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing Communication Management and a Bachelor's degree from Copenhagen Business School, along with a marketing economist degree from Niels Brock.
