Julie Castro Abrams

Julie Castro Abrams is the CEO and Chair of How Women Lead, a company focused on increasing female leadership representation. Julie is also a GP at How Women Invest, a venture firm supporting female founders and investors. Additionally, Julie is the Co-Founder and CEO of Limitless Bridge Capital, and serves on the advisory boards of Nia Impact Capital and LENDonate. Julie has a background in philanthropy and social and economic justice, with experience on the boards of Women's Funding Network, Vital Voices Global Partnership, and Association for Enterprise Opportunity. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Social Policy from Northwestern University.
