Chad Epeneter

Chad Epeneter has a strong background in the construction industry with over 12 years of experience. Chad has held various roles including Director of Client Relations at Howard Building Corporation, Real Estate Broker at Silver King Brokers, Senior Project Manager at Lincoln Property Company, and Senior Project Manager at CBRE. Their responsibilities have included personnel management, planning, budgeting, contract negotiations, risk management, field engineering, quality control, and project closeout. Prior to their current roles, Chad worked as a Project Manager at DPR Construction and as a Project Engineer at Morley Builders.

Chad Epeneter attended Washington State University from 1996 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Real Estate from the same institution.
