Chris Carr

Chris Carr is an experienced Project Executive with a strong background in managing construction projects, particularly in tenant improvements in the greater Los Angeles area. Since August 2019, Chris Carr has been with Howard Building Corporation, previously holding similar roles at Swinerton Builders and Clune Construction Company, L.P., where Chris Carr also served as Vice President. Chris Carr's extensive experience includes overseeing project management teams and strategic planning, as well as expertise in estimating, competitive bidding, budgeting, contracts, and job costing. Chris Carr began the career at Pinnacle Construction as a Senior Project Manager after completing education at The Master's University and Chaffey College.
