Joe Alarcon

Joe Alarcon is a Construction Superintendent at Howard CDM since September 2022. Prior to that, Joe worked as a Project Manager at PRATS INC from October 2019 to September 2022, known for the Design-Build of Southern California's Porto's Bakery Cafe. Joe also held the position of Project Manager at Pro West Engineering from June 2014 to September 2022 and at Alpha 1 Construction from September 2000 to May 2014. Joe obtained a degree in Professional Construction Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 2001 and 2006.
